What Do You Prefer?🤔

✔️Protein bars are not necessary for an optimal physique. We are bombarded with protein shakes, bars, and other supplements that all claim to give you an edge on the next person. Sure it is convenient when we don’t have time to prep, but I’ve seen many people use these as staples in the nutrition plans. This is not the best approach.

✔️When you can manage, real food is the better option. Don’t get me wrong, I still use bars and supplements, but they are a very small percentage of my daily calories. Mother nature’s protein sources are much more satisfying, as many protein bars are also high in sugar and leave you wanting more.
