✔️Most of us think that Jaggery is considered better for fat loss compared to refined sugar but the fact is that the calories of sugar and jaggery are almost the same or if anything exactly the same.

✔️Be it Jaggery or Sugar which ever you use in your diet is not going to determine you being healthy. Stay active and follow a balanced diet, no one food is going to make any difference. This is a very common yet simple concept we all tend to overlook

❗A whole large egg put of its shell weight approximately 50g. One egg white will weigh approximately 25g❗

✔️I would prefer egg white mainly because it is a great source of pure protein while being comparatively low in calories.

✔️Eggs are a high-quality protein source, eggs provide all essential amino acids in the right ratios that are required to repair cells in the body, and is essential for building muscle!

✔️Egg yolk contains good cholesterol, HDL (high-density lipoprotein), and does not raise blood cholesterol as once believed. Eggs raise HDL content which is good cholesterol. People with higher levels of HDL have lower risks of heart disease.

➡️We do have recipes that include eggs in them. If you’re not allergic to eggs, you should be including them in your meals more often!

✔️Protein bars are not necessary for an optimal physique. We are bombarded with protein shakes, bars, and other supplements that all claim to give you an edge on the next person. Sure it is convenient when we don’t have time to prep, but I’ve seen many people use these as staples in the nutrition plans. This is not the best approach.

✔️When you can manage, real food is the better option. Don’t get me wrong, I still use bars and supplements, but they are a very small percentage of my daily calories. Mother nature’s protein sources are much more satisfying, as many protein bars are also high in sugar and leave you wanting more.
