☢️BASIC RULES OF CHEAT MILL☢️
Here are some basic rules of Cheat meal:
✅A chitmil is a single meal.
Don't stretch it out all day. Do not give up your usual diet on this day, eat exactly the same as on normal days and just add another meal in the form of chitmil.
✅Try not to "cheat" in front of the TV or computer.
Distracted by other things, you will not notice how you will eat several times more than you want.
✅It is better to cheat in the morning or in the afternoon.
Better to eat after your workout. After an intense workout, your metabolism is accelerated, and therefore the food will be processed more intensively.
Do not do more than one chitmil per week.
✅Do not drink alcohol, it does not apply to chitmil.
Build on your lifestyle. The more intense your workouts and strict diet, the less you can limit yourself to a three-mile day.
✅And the last rule, but one of the most important-do not blame yourself. This is your chance to relax and take a little break from your usual diet. Therefore, you should not depress yourself after chitmil. This is a planned violation that will not give you a negative effect.
These rules allow you to keep your diet under control, without breaking down at the sight of"forbidden food". To use Cheat meal, you must have a diet (either balanced, but with a small calorie deficit, or carb-free, too, with a small deficit), which you actually plan to violate.🤸🏾♀️🤪🎉
