First KidRox and what an experience! 🏅❤️ From taking on the challenges to exploring the Wellbeing Zone and recharging with Kids Superfuel, it was a day full of fun, energy and little wins.

Watching him try, push through and proudly take home his medal was the best part. 🥹

Here’s to more adventures, more challenges and many more proud-mom moments! ✨

Rakhi — where the house is a little louder, the to-do list is a little longer, the kids are a little crazier, and somehow… the heart is the fullest. ❤️

The endless getting-ready, the last-minute gifts, the “where is the roli?” chaos, the tired feet, the forced family photos 😂, the million smiles, the teasing, the laughter, the overfed tummies and those tiny moments that make you pause and think — this is what family feels like.

Messy, noisy, exhausting, imperfect… and absolutely worth it.
Every. Single. Time. ❤️

Rakhi isn’t just about tying a thread.
It’s about tying together years of love, fights, growing up, showing up… and choosing each other, again and again. 🧿✨

Had a wonderful session at the Google Office
dedicated to family digital wellbeing, healthy tech habits, and raising mindful digital citizens.

A heartfelt thank you to Google India & YouTube India for the warm hospitality and for inviting me to be a part of this meaningful conversation. I truly enjoyed discussing practical, research-backed strategies to help families build healthier digital habits while maintaining a positive relationship with technology.

What made the session even more enriching were the thoughtful questions, diverse perspectives, and shared experiences. Every conversation like this reminds me that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to parenting—it’s about finding balance, setting boundaries with empathy, and leading by example.

Grateful for the opportunity, the insightful discussions, and the learnings I take back with me. Looking forward to many more conversations that empower parents to navigate the digital world with confidence.

You’re a vegetarian traveling in Japan and every meal feels like a treasure hunt.

Dinner was actually easy. We found some amazing Indian food through an app and happily ended our days with proper meals.

But daytime sightseeing? That required strategy.

Our survival kit included:
🫓 Homemade theplas
🥨 Mathris
🍪 Packaged snacks
☕ A hot water flask for chai emergencies
🍜 Instant noodles whenever we needed a quick meal

No regrets though. Japan was incredible, and somehow these humble heroes kept us going through 20,000+ steps a day. 😂

And honestly, during hours of exploring temples, theme parks, train stations, and busy streets, a homemade thepla felt like a Michelin-star meal.

Vegetarians who have traveled abroad — what was your survival food?

👇 Tell me I’m not the only one who packed half my kitchen in my suitcase.

जय श्रीराम 🙏
Some places are not just destinations, they are feelings. ✨🚩

Standing in Ayodhya, in front of Ram Mandir, felt peaceful in a way words can’t fully explain. The chants, the energy, the devotion in every corner… everything felt divine.

In the middle of busy lives, moments like these remind us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with faith, gratitude, and inner peace.

Truly blessed to witness the beauty, faith, and emotions attached to this sacred place.

If your 8-year-old came home today and casually dropped the F-word — you are NOT alone. 💔
The school bus is raising our kids in ways we never signed up for. They may also learn these from elder siblings, online games, YouTube shorts or even from family members.

Panicking, Scolding or Slapping won’t help.

Here’s what actually works 👇

1️⃣ DON’T REACT. RESPOND.
Pause, breathe, Stay neutral. Ask: “Do you know what it means?” Nine times out of ten, they don’t.

2️⃣ ASK, DON’T ACCUSE.
Skip “WHO TAUGHT YOU?!” Try “Where did you first hear it?”
Conversation > interrogation.

3️⃣ EXPLAIN HONESTLY.
Mystery fuels curiosity. Honesty kills it. Tell them “69” is an adult joke that isn’t even funny. The thrill dies instantly.

4️⃣ GIVE THEM BETTER WORDS. 🎯
Kids don’t want to stop expressing — they need bigger vocabulary. Our swap list:
• Instead of “sucks” → “negative aura,” “trash,” “a flop,” “mid”
• Instead of the F-word in anger → “freak,” “oh fish,” “BRUH”, “cooked”
• Instead of “shut up” → “give me a minute”, “no aura”, “mute yourself”
• Instead of “stupid” → “crazy,” “silly”, “yapper”

They feel powerful & these are a part of COOL Gen Alpha vocab too.

5️⃣ MAKE THEM THE DETECTIVE.
“You’ll hear weird words growing up. Your job: come tell me, we’ll decode together.” Opens discussion and awareness.

6️⃣ AUDIT YOUR OWN HOME.
Watch what you mutter. The reels you scroll near them. The dialogues in your Netflix series. Kids don’t do what you say — they do what they hear.
The goal isn’t a child who never hears a bad word. It’s a child who KNOWS, chooses not to use them, and TRUSTS you enough to talk about it.

Save this 💣 Share with a mom who needs it.

Comment below 👇 What was the FIRST bad word your child brought home?

I’ll go first — mine was not a word but the “middle finger.” Watch linked reel to know how I handled that !!
