Role Overview:
ALPHA Sports Academy mein Residential Cricket Coach ka role full-time coaching ke saath-saath players ki overall development aur unki daily life manage karna bhi hai. Aapka kaam hoga ek disciplined aur high-performance environment create karna jahan players cricket aur life skills dono mein grow karein.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coaching & Player Development
* ALPHA ke structured curriculum ke hisaab se coaching sessions lena
* Players ki technique, game understanding, fitness aur mental strength pe kaam karna
* U14, U16, U18 age-group teams ko train karna
* Players ko district, state aur national level ke matches ke liye prepare karna
* Har player ki progress track karna aur records maintain karna

2. Residential Athlete Management
* Residential players ki discipline, routine aur well-being ka dhyaan rakhna
* Daily schedule follow karwana (training, rest, meals, recovery)
* Players ke liye mentor banna – unhe life skills aur sportsmanship sikhana
* Nutrition, fitness aur recovery ke liye support staff ke saath coordinate karna

3. Match Preparation & Exposure
* Practice matches, tournaments aur exposure tours organize karna
* School aur academy teams ko prepare karna (CBSE Cluster matches included)
* Talent scouting aur selection mein support dena

4. Academy Operations Support
* Head Coach ke saath milkar academy systems implement karna
* Assistant coaches, ground staff aur operations team ke saath kaam karna
* Equipment aur facilities ka proper use aur maintenance ensure karna

5. Communication & Reporting
* Senior coaches ko regular player progress updates dena
* Parents/guardians ke saath communication maintain karna
* Academy ke promotion ke liye kabhi-kabhi photos/videos mein help karna

Qualifications & Experience:
* NCA/BCCI certification preferred
* Minimum 3–5 saal ka coaching experience (residential academy experience bonus hai)
* Junior/youth players ke saath kaam karne ka experience
* Modern coaching techniques aur player development ka achha understanding

Working Structure:
* 6 din kaam, 1 din off
* Roz approx. 8 ghante (morning & evening sessions)
* Residential role – campus mein rehna zaroori hai

Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: ₹30,000/month se start (experience ke hisaab se badhega)
