SSVMTIC

From movement to mindset, teaching Mudgar to such young, bright minds was an amazing experience for us. Their curiosity, energy, and eagerness to learn a new movement made every minute memorable.

Heartfelt thanks to Mr. S. Mohandoss Sir and Dr. Manimekalai Mam for this wonderful opportunity.

And a special shout-out to our friends Nitin Jey , Srisha Mohandoss and the whole team for curating such a meaningful conclave. Thank you for trusting us with this and for making it so special. Grateful to have been part of this journey!

And finally thank you Signature Moments Muzammil Ahamed | Cinematographer | Editor | Entrepreneur Jeswin Rebello 👑°Pravin°👑 and everyone else for capturing all the special moments so beautifully. You guys have been the best team to work with.

Landmine University: Rotational Olympic Lifting Workshop by Official Landmine Global Krishnan S Lal

4.5-Hours - Focused, hands-on workshop on Landmine Olympic Lifting for coaches, athletes, and serious trainees.

Learn how to coach and perform key variations:

Split Clean | Split Jerk | Landmine Sn**ch

Beyond technique, we’ll break down why these lifts work:
To build power, coordination, timing, rhythm, and rotational strength in a safe, joint-friendly way.

You’ll leave with:
1. Clear understanding of landmine mechanics
2. Coaching cues that actually work
3. Programming strategies to plug these into
S&C programs with intent.

This isn’t about replacing barbells. It’s about adding a smart tool to your training toolbox.
