Lost a brother today. A tough day to recollect myself.
3 years ago when we did our last contest, his goal was simple. Go to USA, settle there and live a life with his lovely family..
Tragedy stuck, just before flying Ron was stuck with a Criminal case and he had to leave India in a dunki for USA.
His travel agents scammed him and got him struck in Africa for 3-4 months. Then he moved to Europe for next 5-6 months. Then eventually settling in Dubai for temporary basis.
All these years took a very heavy toll on him mentally, financially and health wise. .
Two weeks ago he was not feeling well he decided to come to India and get things sorted.
On Sunday he finally landed in India to meet his family and again faced a chronic stress situation. 3 years of loneliness, struggle and stress took him away..
Ron, I will never find a guy like you again. Whenever we had a call we always cherished our memories along with .
A humble request to all of you guys, please maintain the dignity of the situation and keep honouring a lost Son, father and husband. Don’t drag this into your view making reels and non sense social media content. 🙏
No matter how badly you hated us in that time, please maintain the decorum

Sometimes you just feel grateful to be at places where you were never supposed to be. Just because your work took you there. .

The reason, they don’t want to understand that this is BODYBUILDING and it will take the BEST EFFORT from them to be in the top tier. .
Just 10% are doing it correctly and only they will shine.. Rest of them are too fragile mentally.

As we will progress into the push phase we will try to add one more test day and intensify the training on 4 days a week. .
Mitigating fatigue is the biggest factor since when it comes to bodybuilding, OPTIMAL is still hardcore fu***ng effort. Not leaving an ounce behind. .

Some people are BUILT DIFFERENT and then they develope a KILLER CONSISTENCY.. It took a lot of time, let’s say around 2 years to make Alan Lobo a sincere man from a kid. .
This is WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A GOOD BODYBUILDER. And a good NATTY BODYBUILDER..
Har roz ek mediocre chutiya uthega, call out karega and baad me ja ke apne bistar pe so jayega.. BUT HE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT IT TAKES...
And yes I COACH A VERY FEW SELECTED NATTY ATHLETES who are willing to put time and listen.. .
Everybody doesn’t belong here and I had told so many enquiries first hand that I am not a right coach for what you are expecting from a short term commitment…
