Judging is a very important and responsible role. It must always be done with complete honesty, fairness, and neutrality. While judging, personal relationships, emotions, or familiarity should never influence decisions. Everyone must be evaluated on the same standards, with equal respect and without any bias.
Judging is not an easy task; it is a skill that needs to be learned, practiced, and continuously improved. It requires courage, clarity, and integrity to make fair decisions, especially in difficult situations. I am proud of myself for standing firm on my judging principles and ensuring that no favoritism or discrimination influenced my judgment. My goal has always been to judge purely on merit, truth, and fairness, so that the process remains transparent and respectful for everyone involved.
