Neeraj Chopra finally shattered the elusive 90-metre barrier with a phenomenal 90.23m throw, marking a historic milestone in his career in Javelin throw (Athletics).
Despite this personal best, the Indian javelin star had to settle for second place, narrowly edged out by Germany’s Julian Weber in a thrilling showdown at the Doha leg of the prestigious Diamond League series.

With this achievement, Chopra becomes only the third Asian and the 25th athlete in history to cross the 90m mark, joining a legendary group that includes his own coach, Jan Zeleznyβ€”the current world record holder. ✨✨
