Its Monday morning and once that alarm goes off often we feel " here we go again !"....so here's some motivation tips to make this Monday a great start to a fab new year and make the most of the weeks coming up to Xmas ....getting a bit fitter, eating a little healthier so our hair, skin, and eyes are ready for looking their best, and some mood-boosting exercises. 1. So often we get up and think I have not got time for the Gym or an hour exercise yet if we said for the next 6 weeks I'm going to set aside 10 mins to do some exercise, that would make a huge difference over 6 weeks ( we may not see it immediately but there will be some cms lost around the body within 6 weeks ) so pick a body part and do 10 mins blitzing the area, quick stretch and off to work or see to the children you go. 2. Swop some of your nice each day for healthier alternatives....so instead of begrudging yourself anything then bingeing try just a couple of swops daily and watch the difference in 6 weeks. 3. Play a mind game daily e.g. some of the ones I love is going through my day noticing synchronicities that are more than coincidences giving me the feeling of being supported by the universe, or observe the negatives and challenge yourself to turn them into a positive experience even finding the comedy in each moment ( one of my most recent was an interview where I for some reason came out with words that I didn't mean or ones that didn't exist ...I made a list of them afterward and laughed hysterically at the what the interviewers must have thought), or see what ccolorsnoises or smells surround you and the effect they are having on you. Small changes made daily bring a positive mindset, body and as your energy peaks so you will bring in fab new experiences ( Law of attraction ).
