Owning a new bike is exciting.
But knowing how to use it, look after it and ride it confidently is what really makes the experience better.
That’s why we run Cycling 101 — our workshop designed to help new cyclists get comfortable with their bikes and enjoy riding from day one.
And before we teach riders, we teach our own teams.
We recently ran a mock Cycling 101 session with our warehouse team — taking them through the workshop, practising how we explain the basics, answering questions and working on how we can make the experience even better for every rider who walks through our doors.
Because when you’re packing, handling and delivering bikes every day, you should know what it takes to help someone start their cycling journey too. 🚲
So, what happens at Cycling 101?
🔧 Get to know your bike

🛠️ Learn the basics of bike care

🎓 No prior knowledge. No tools. Just come ready to learn.
Whether you’ve just bought your first bike or you’re still figuring out everything your bike can do, Cycling 101 is built to help you KNOW. CARE. RIDE.
We’re opening up upcoming Cycling 101 batches through December, so there’s plenty of opportunity to join us.
