Don't bend over backwards for anything or anyone but yoga and yourself.
Work on your weakness until they are strengths, and work on your strengths until they are second nature.
Life is not about competing with other people and limit the bar of your improvement. Instead, it's about competing with what you were yesterday and realise that sky is the limit.!!

I am proud to be in a profession where, if I am absent, I am genuinely missed by the people who I am serving. It always feels good to have students say " WE MISSED YOU". I am proud to be part of something nobody can possibly understand until they set foot in a classroom and teach. ❤️ ❤️

ACRO YOGA
Balance is not something you find, it's something you create. Find a person who can deeply connect to your soul not just the body. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.
Acro yoga is all about finding and discovering new aspects of yourself when you are associated with your partner. Meditating on this seat has made me meet a new dimension of myself since there is transfer of energies, awakening the consciousness and awareness.

Being Yogic 🧘🏻‍♀️:
While our bodies are more than happy with a strong asana practice, the mind is too often distracted with thoughts about how we could be better, stronger, or how we could get into that pose quicker. We never seem to be fully satisfied with just what is at that moment.
After years of practicing, I realise that the ultimate joy of the practice is the greatest reward in itself. I realise just how freeing it is not to have a specific goal that must be achieved. If we practice yoga simply for the love of practicing, without forcing our physical bodies, we slowly see that the beauty is simply just being here in this moment of awakening. 🕉️❤️🕉️❤️
