The Art of using your eyes, hands, posture and voice to make the presentation 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝗘𝘆𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁: This is a very important aspect of communication and presentation. 👀

• We must move from left to right and back and look at all the audience
• Do not constantly look only at one place or in one direction.
• The eye contact must happen within the first 10 seconds
• We can also move from front to back.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: The posture plays an important role in presentation 🧍‍♂️

• When we are confident of our topic and well prepared the posture is good else, we fidget on the stage.
• Female presenters are usually comfortable with either feet in front or back (depending on their comfort)
• Male presenters should stand with their feet slightly apart
• It builds a connect with audience along with eye contact
• It indicates the passion of the presenter
• It helps in balance of the presenter.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Expressions leave a lasting impact on the audience🤗

• The way we make our expressions depends largely on our state of mind.
• We must maintain a clam state of mind before and during the presentation.
• We must express our words with interest and maintain proper pronunciations.
• Expressions done in congruence with what we say makes the presenter authentic.

𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: The intricate & larger hand movements that explain your presentation and create a visualization to the audience of what we intend to say.
• Using both hand movements
• Using the palms and fingers to explain smaller aspects.
• some facial gestures to make it either humorous or showing sadness or any feeling,

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Once we master the art of Articulation & body language
We must learn to match it with our voice. 🗣️

Are you scared that the other person or specialist in your niche

will take away your audience?

well, that is the biggest worry many top coaches, consultants, salespeople and organizations worry about.

I know some who are doing extremely well in their fields here on LinkedIn.

I even appreciate their posts and write a comment.

They are way ahead of me in Followers, clients and network.

yet I see that and feel that.

𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

When I began as a trainer and public speaker in 2001
I had no idea how long it would take me.
I just Jumped in.

In 2004 I got my first break as a business development and training Manager.
I worked one year without a break I mean 365 days nonstop
There were times I was down with fever and cold
Still, I got on the stage.

the only reason was that my passion had overtaken my fear of rejection.

In 2005 I got the next opportunity as Regional Head

Some even came and spoke to me,

We have seen better speakers and trainers than you.

From 2005 - 2012 7 years 7 month & 24 days

I worked round the clock, removing every mental block
standing as steady as a Rock.
as the clock went tick tock - tick tock.

I traveled the entire Indian Continent
Did session in 6 languages with the similar energy and passion.
clocked more that 10000 hours or public speaking
trained more than 100000 people
made more than 200 into good public speakers.

In 2014 I took this as a new challenge

started my own venture Sun Training Systems.
and completed 10000 hours of training and public speaking.
Got my coaching and NLP certification.

1. Prepare for the presentation with a friend. 👯
2. Prepare self and what you plan to say.
3. Make notes and read them aloud. 📖
4. As you read record it.
5. Play it & listen. 🎧
(5 -10 times)

Once you have done the above
𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟮
1. Do the visualization exercise - visualize the audience with yourself on stage. 👁️‍🗨️
2. Mentally conduct the presentation in your mind. 😇
3. Visualize the audience, connecting with you, 🗣️
4. Visualize some people nodding their head in agreement. 👍
5. Visualize the audience clapping after you have finished, and you are smiling. 👏
6. You are thanking the audience and leaving the stage very happy.😀

This technique has worked wonders for me
I have done more than 5000+ sessions for small and large audience
I have conducted programs in 6 different languages.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺

To be on stage with a huge crowd cheering.

I dreamt this in the year 2005.

Made a Goal that i will stand in the crowd of 20000 people in a packed stadium and motivate them.

2001 - 2004 several attempts to become a trainer and speaker.

was rejected more than 70 times in different companies.

we did not have social media then.

it was through placements and newspaper ads or yellow pages.

the struggle went on with the never give up attitude.

in 2004 I got an opportunity to become a trainer and business development manager with a Malaysian company.

I put everything I had into that Assignment.

from 2004 - 2007 I worked 19 hours a day
I presented 3 times a day - 7 days
practiced nonstop.

every opportunity, may it be product or plan
every city may it be Hindi, English, Kannada.
I presented to become better each day.

year 2007 as a regional trainer
March 19th the day my dream came true
Kanteerava stadium Bangalore
20000 audience.
packed hall

I was on the stage as an anchor, trainer and motivator.
repeat again in 2008, 2010, 2012

Bigger stages and all metros of the country. I did events and shows for the organization.

I travelled India
from Kashmir to Kanyakumari
Gujrat to West Bengal

conducted more than 5000 workshops.

becoming a versatile public speaker and motivator.

Today I have trained more than 100000 people
done more than 25000 hours of sessions
helped 100+ people to become speakers.
Done sessions in 6 languages.
Done in more than 27 states in India.

it is similar to learning 3 to 4 of your favorite songs and singing among your friends.

once you overcome the fear of talking on familiar topics, start practicing with more difficult topics.

start with talking for 5 minutes initially

gradually increase the time.

don't worry about what you will miss out

stay focused on what you wish to say.

keep your language simple

the audience always loves simple and understandable language.
