FAAVOS TAEKWONDO CUP – 3rd Edition 2026
(20th June to 22nd June 2026)

On behalf of the Taekwondo Association of District Budgam, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of the FAAVOS Taekwondo Cup – 3rd Edition 2026 held from 20th June to 22nd June 2026.

I pay my special thanks The honorable Minister of Youth Services and Sports Mr Satish Sharma for sparing a few moments from his busy schedule and visited Indoor Sports Stadium Budgam and inaugurated the championship officially.

I sincerely thank all the officials, referees, judges, coaches, and volunteers for their dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of the championship. Your commitment played a vital role in maintaining the high standards of the event.

Special appreciation is extended to the medical staff for their readiness and support throughout the competition, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

I am also grateful to tu he media personalities, especially Zahoor Hussain from Jk 24/7, Ubaid Mehdi from Munsif TV and Noor ul Amin from zee J&K for giving a wide coverage to the event on different media platforms.

I also express my sincere thanks to the cooking and catering staff for providing quality meals and refreshments, and to the stadium staff for their excellent arrangements, cooperation, and maintenance of the venue throughout the event.

My gratitude goes to all participating teams, athletes, parents, and supporters whose enthusiasm and sportsmanship made this championship a memorable success.

My pleasurous gratitude is due to the sports promoters and supporters who's marvellous support made this championship a great success es especially Sameer Bhat the young and budding social activist and the owner of industries , Mr Arshad Ahmed owner of Kashmir Elite, Sajad Qureshi chairman Aspire World School , Mohammed Iqbal owner New plaza bakery Magam who is also the chairman of bakery Association of magam, Syed Owais Kausar chairman of FAAVOS was Taekwondo Cup 3rd edition 2026, RONAK BHADURIA MAJOR 2RR CAamp Daharmuna.

My special special gratitude goes to the iron lady, Roma wani, chairperson the inner call organisation for her unwavering support and her presence in the event which made our event a grand success. I am also thankful to the worthy secretary J&K Sports Council , madam Nuzhat Gul for her support and guidance.

The successful organization of this event was possible only because of the collective efforts, cooperation, and dedication of every individual involved. We look forward to your continued support in promoting Taekwondo and sporting excellence in the future.

🥇🥇Syed Kashif Hussain🥇🥇 of Pahalwon Sports Club Budgam, won the BRONZE 🥉MEDAL at the 39th National Sub Junior Championships of TFI at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. He is the lone medal winner of the J&K Taekwondo Team (JKTA) till now, participating in the national championship. 🏆🏆🏆
