Happy Mother's Day .I never realised what I was to my children untill they vocalised about it .And then I was struck by the feeling and thought ,that really I meant so much to another human and that I had done all that for them about which they are giving accolades to me? Really it made me feel worthwhile esp because I always felt I had not done anything special as a Mother .Thanks Bacchon

All you high achiever WOMEN out there, Do you feel distant and disconnected from your partner?:*s it because of your tight schedules ? Dears this is not it ,but it's the lack of the right knowledge and skills about how Emotional Connection is built in relationships. Begin with these STEPS:
1 Schedule couple time like an important meeting
2 Greet your partner properly in the morning before checking your phone
3 Give a 20-second hug before leaving home
4 Ask, “How are you feeling today?” instead of “How was your day?”
5 Make eye contact while talking — even for 2 minutes
6 Create a 10-minute nightly connection ritual
7 Leave a small voice note instead of only texting.
