I’m starting to realize that transformation is not only about looking fit it’s about building a body that feels strong, athletic and powerful in movement 🔥🔥🔥
Today I’m sharing part of my full body athletic strength + functional training workout from my 35 Days Real Life Weight Loss Series this is the real journey where I transformed my body from 78kg to 57kg using only bricks, water bottles, bodyweight now I’m recreating that same process day by day to prove that you do not need a perfect gym setup to transform your body💪🏼
Day 31 was focused on back + core training so today on Day 32 I wanted to challenge my entire body through athletic strength and functional movement and honestly after focusing so much on muscle growth and body toning throughout this series, in these final days I’ve started paying more attention to movement quality, athletic performance and overall body shape enhancement because now I don’t just want my body to look strong i want it to move strong too🤗
And honestly the more I include athletic and functional training in my routine, the more confident, active and powerful my body starts to feel this journey started with fat loss but now it feels like I’m building a completely different version of myself no fancy machines and no shortcuts just learning how to move better every single day🤍
