After a period of transition that I won’t get into, I’m not training like I used to.
It’s hard to restart. To feel the weight of everything I’ve lost. But giving up isn’t an option.
The hardest part is always that initial push—getting your body moving again, finding the rhythm, and feeling like a warrior once more.
The road back is tough, but this is the life I know, and it’s what keeps me grounded, focused, and becoming the best version of myself.
If you’re struggling to get started, remember: that first step is the hardest, but it’s the most important.
You’ll never know how it feels until you take it.
It’s not easy at first—the energy is low, the progress is slow—but once you hit your stride, you’ll be glad you started.
