The Tri480 Israel GoLong Challenge is an athletic odyssey of personal rediscovery, the next test for human endurance. Covering a total distance of 480 kilometers (298.3 miles), the Cross-Israel Triathlon Ultra-Distance Event requires that each participant completes a 65 Km (40.4 miles) ultra-marathon run, 10 Km (6.2 miles) open lake swim and a 405 Km (251.7 miles) cross-country bike ride.
