Hi,
I want to share with you my 6 best tips for weight loss.
Those tips are very helpful and practical so make sure you read till the end of this post.
so let's start:

1) Use smaller plates 🍽️

When we use small plates we can "work" on the brain
that we have been eating a lot more
but what actually happening is that and thus lose weight as well.
we have eaten the same amount of regular food we eat or even less.
In fact, your brain will think that you eat more because of
the proportions of the amount of food and the size of your plate,
even if it's actually the same amount.
Feel free to try this tip today and see that it works!

2) Drink plenty of water 🧴

Drinking water will help us reduce weight in some ways:
1. We will have less sweet drinking and save the extra calories.
2. Multiple drinking of water will help boost the body's feeling of satiety.
3. Drinking water in the morning and throughout the day helps increase metabolism.
Pinning drinking on meals can be a good way
to not only reduce the amount eaten and thus help you lose weight,
but also to remember to drink in general.
Having trouble drinking a lot of water?
Start walking around with a convenient bottle
(in order you won't feel that the bottle burdens you).

3) Vegetables, fruits and fiber 🥗

It's about combining foods like certain vegetables and fruits, foods
with high water content and dietary fiber that help boost your satiety,
helping you feel more "full" with fewer calories coming into our bodies.

Our advice, make a good salad with the meal and thus reduce the higher calorie food and on the way you will feel much better with yourself 😊.

4) Eat less simple carbs 🍞

Carbohydrates came out badly in the context of weight loss.
If you ever thought about lowering your carbohydrates to lose weight
may have been justified to some extent,
but let's see to what extent.
Removing the simple and light carbohydrates
(sugars, sweets, sodas and starchy foods such as white bread)
from the menu will ensure immediate reduction and significant results.

Instead, incorporate some complex carbohydrates such as
whole bread, sweet potato, oats, pasta, rice and more.
Those will cause a prolonged feeling of satiety and
reduce the feeling of hunger throughout the day more significantly
due to the slower digestive process they go through in the body.

5) Exercise 🏋️

Exercise (no matter what kind) will increase our daily caloric intake.
So, if we keep our diet balanced and do not overestimate food,
when we incorporate sports activities,
we will increase the amount of calories the body needs
during the day
This is all true as long as we keep the principle called a calorie deficit
which means that the amount of calories we put into our body on a particular day will be less than the amount of calories the body consumed that day.

6) Rest, sleep and what's in between 🛌

Clearing time for a quality sleep (about 8 hours) and avoiding stress
may optimize the functioning of the central hormones.
Inadequate sleep is one of the strongest risk factors
for obesity and stress.
The feeling of fatigue brings with it the need to overeat
to make up for the energy gap.
In addition, poor sleep disrupts hunger hormones like ghrelin and leptin.
Stress may increase the level of cortisol hormone in the body,
and it is known that this hormone increases
the accumulation of abdominal fat as a body defense mechanism.
