Very few people will be so committed to training that they will change their entire lifestyle. Most people need to fit Krav Maga into their daily routine without interrupting it too much.

We cannot expect people to leave their families, their jobs, their religious obligations, to train full time. So we need a style of Krav Maga that can fit in with their existing lifestyle.

We also cannot expect people to change their personalities, few will do this, most cannot.

So we need a style that can be adapted to the individual. Training can be both fun and effective at the same time.

We depend upon our police officers, we call them as soon as there is trouble.

But sadly they are woefully unprepared to defend themselves in close encounters of the violent kind.

They are being untrained by poorly equipment instructors in mostly sports related martial arts.

They deserve better, this is our goal, to give them usable, easy to learn techniques that they can actually use in a real life violent encounter.
