Jerusalem Self Defense Helping children, youth, and adults gain confidence, discipline, and self-respect, while at the same time learning how to defend oneself.

Classes being offered in Jerusalem starting in October. Taekwondo classes for ages starting at 4 years old. Taekwondo is a nonviolent martial art that has been practiced for over 200 years. The appeal of TKD is it has a strong emphasis on discipline and self-control, making it ideal for children to use as an active outlet while also gaining valuable life skills and strengthening their character. y students of all ages find the system empowering and easy to learn, making progress swift and gratifying.
