2 Weeks Into My Journey ✨
✔️ Stayed consistent
✔️ Felt stronger and more energetic every day.
✔️ It wasn’t always easy with two little ones… but I didn’t give up.
What helped me the most?
🥗 Meal prep & planning ahead.
Having healthy food ready made every decision easier.
💧 Staying hydrated.
🎯 Focusing on progress, not perfection.
🚶‍♀️ Moving my body whenever I could—even short workouts count.
🤍 Giving myself grace on the hard days instead of quitting.
Small choices, repeated every day, create big results.
This journey is teaching me that consistency will always beat motivation.

Growing stronger… with my biggest motivation in my arms. 🤍
Motherhood changed everything.
My schedule.
My priorities.
My body.
But it didn’t take away my goals.
Some days my workout includes two little assistants.
Some days it’s only 20 minutes.

And that’s okay.

A week away. New places. Great food. Amazing memories.
And the best part? I came home without gaining weight.
Not because I restricted myself.
Not because I skipped desserts or stopped enjoying the trip.
But because I’ve learned how to create habits that fit real life.
This journey has taught me that balance will always beat perfection.
You don’t have to “start over” after every vacation. You can enjoy every moment and still stay on track.
Progress doesn’t stop when life happens—it grows with it.
