I’ve always loved the idea that beauty and discipline don’t have to be opposites.
As a woman, I like to dress beautifully for my practice — not to impress anyone, but as a small act of respect.
For the target.
For the trees.
For this wild, sunburnt earth.
And for the precious time I have alone with myself.
The bow asks for stillness.
The arrow asks for letting go.
And the colors remind me that discipline doesn’t have to be gray.
My first arrow found its mark.

Perhaps that is what happens here.
For a moment, there is no woman, no dress, no heat, no target.
Just breath, bow, arrow — and the quiet space between holding on and letting go. 🎯
