Something a little different this week. This weekend is also the Big Beach Clean 2026 weekend so along with the walk some of us will be taking part in this initiative and doing a bit of a clean up! This is completely optional! The walk will be as normal just some of us may be carrying rubbish bags! If you'd like to join in great, if you'd rather walk that's also great. We'll bring the rubbish bags & gloves for anyone who wants to help out.

Really nice 6k walk along the New Ross Greenway yesterday. Great to see how popular the walk is with families, cyclists and joggers. Will be wonderful when it’s extended!

This is a one way walk. We''ll be starting out from the New Ross Side and making our way out to the current finish point at Glenmore. Once I have names and numbers I'll contact you to organise a car pool so that people can be driven back to the start point. (Of course you could also walk back! making a total walk of 12K)
