I coach a team of kick-boxers Celticdragonkbxkickboxing who have all been selected for ISKA Team Ireland to represent their country at the 2026 ISKA World Championships in Madrid, Spain in November of this year
with flights, accommodation, transfers, competition fees and a myriad of other costs it can be a colossal task to send the team over and we are asking for help
every little contribution will go a long way to easing the burden on the teams family and we will certainly bring home as many gold medals to thank ye all for yere help

Hello all, this is a new page for my new business🤘
Aside from Celtic Dragon KBX and Pintados Ireland, this is something I’ve been working towards for some time now🙏
Aim-At is what it means, All Inclusive Martial Arts Training, movement and breathing techniques for all ages and abilities in our own dojo in New Ross or at your location, we have the ability to adapt and train anywhere🙏 I have been working with Wexford Local Development and have gained new certs in areas such as Palliative care, Dealing with Dementia, First aid and dealing with health and safety in general amongst other courses completed and soon to be completed 🙏
I have been working with Cumas New Ross for over a year now, worked with DreamBig Foundation and Rainbow youth club, Deise Dragons in Waterford, previously worked with Chernobyl Youth project, beginning a new journey with I.C.A.N.(Cottage Autism Network) and I also have personal training clients that are dealing with a myriad of issues that hinder them joining a full on class, so I adapted my syllabus to make it inclusive to all🙏
Why not, doesn’t everyone deserve to be treated equally, well I say yes, and it’s up to me to adapt my style for YOU🙏

Pintados Real world self defence and Pintados International Freestyle Stick-Boxing both join the schedule every Thursday from 6pm🙏
From 6 we will work the fundamentals of the Pintados art, a system designed as an attack/defence real world style. Movement is key to this art and as a standalone art or an accompanying style to what you do, it will help in many aspects of life including balance, coordination, general movement, breathing and focus🙏
The second part of the class will be dedicated to the sport side of the art, using pool noodles we will bring the real world aspect to life in a very safe (and fun filled) environment to understand the art as a whole🙏
As I say, if you can avoid a stick, you can avoid hands and legs😉

I do prefer to teach a full group but I know sometimes people just want to be alone and train with a PT instructor, well I do that too🙏
Gaining in popularity, Celtic Dragon PT can offer an hour of training, as often per week as you want, in our own dojo in the Woodbine or even in the comfort of your own home🙏
I work with you, if you want fitness, you’ll get fit, weight loss, you’ll lose it, strength and conditioning, well that’s gonna happen anyway🤣🤣 or kickboxing training specifically, whatever your needs I can adapt your program 🙏
