Sorry to moan, but, who else is sick of all the generic A.I posters and computer generated images being tossed about like confetti?

I get that we all want to save time and that tech and innovation has it's place - heck, I've been known to use it myself from time to time for some things. I've lost hours to Canva too faffing about trying to make the perfect design, I know graphic designers who have lost €1000s to Canva. We can't fight progress... 😕

I can't be the only one though that is sick of that same poster being scattered about w***y nilly, you know the one I mean, same lay out, similar colour scheme... from the farmers market to the soccer team, they're all using it - we're losing brand integrity, authenticity & uniqueness.

🤖 More than that, the images and the 'reels' of people that have a bit of likeness to whom they portray, if they were a droid - come on, how will your clients recognise you when they cant find the bot they've seen online at your in person business!?

Am I alone here!? Surely not!

What a wonderful day spent with the amazing pupils and staff at Carn N.S., Gurteen as part of their Wellbeing Week, last week!

From Junior Infants right through to 6th Class, the children's imagination, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved made every session a joy. We explored mindfulness, movement, yoga and relaxation, and had lots of fun along the way.

It's always inspiring to see how naturally children embrace these practices and the positive impact they can have on wellbeing, confidence and connection.

A huge thank you to Carn N.S. for such a warm welcome! ✨

The WorkAbility Work Ready Series 2 finished up today in the AIM Centre. We had a truly inclusive six weeks and we all learned some Irish Sign Language along the way.
