Who else is an ‘Introverted Extrovert’ ? That’s what I’d describe myself as. I love being around positive people, smiling and having fun, however , I love nothing more than being alone and chilling by myself. I can be shy at times. I’d also choose a cosy Saturday night in , fresh PJ’s , good relaxed company, comfy blanket and a good movie over a night out any day of the week. People think I’m always ‘on the go’ . Yes I do live a busy life but I really really love the mundane and chilled life 100% and would choose it over anything else without a doubt. 👌☺️ ❤️

OMG! What a weekend with Move me Ireland and the absolute legend Kass Martin. Had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot with and and tbh even though I love who I am and what I do, I could dance in front of 100’s of people but put me on the spotlight in front of the camera and I get really shy! Yes I can be shy at times a lot of the time actually! These 2 were incredible and so professional and made me feel at ease. Even making me pull up my top! Can’t wait for photoshoot number 2 now! 😄👌 once again thank you to for outdoing themselves again with this memorable event. 🙏 Move Me IRELAND!!

Facilitated a class for Eastwall Women’s social group yesterday evening and it went down brilliantly! A lot of the ladies were a bit nervous as they told me that they ‘can’t dance’ or ‘have no rhythm’. I told them not to overthink it that’s it’s all a bit of fun, the moves are easy to follow and after 10/15 mins you’ll get the hang of it, and that is exactly what happened! 😆Everyone enjoyed it and the group kindly left me a lovely review voluntarily on my page afterwards. Great bunch of women. If you are feeling anxious or nervous to try your first Zumba class, please don’t. Just pop down and give it a try.. see you tonight 6.45pm in Ballyfermot.
