Wing Tsung is a Chinese martial art that emphasizes close quarter combat, quick punches and footwork to overcome opponents.

Using tight defense and attack simultaneously a well trained WT student can nullify a stronger opponents attack.

• Self-defence programmes with TY students at GRETB Further Education and Training Centre Dunmore
•Training with my Sifu Andrew Lawless and Dai-Sifu H.-J. Reimers (WMAA)
• Summer Camp in Italy, being made Sifu
• Seeing our students grow numbers and mastery at Ballinfoile Castlegar Neighbourhood CentreBallinfoile and HQ Gym Health & Wellness Centre

I sure hope that Wing Tsung 2026 is even better again !
