T minus 2 weeks ✌️💫

One exam down, two to go.All written submissions handed in and thankfully all went well.

I genuinely can’t believe I’m nearly on the home stretch now. After all the studying, stress, self-doubt, early mornings, late nights and trying to balance everything else life throws in… it’s nearly here.

💫Now it all comes down to these final two exams — I’m actually feeling confident going into them.

🙌No matter what happens, I’m really proud of how far I’ve come already.

And once this is all over… there are some very exciting plans ahead. 💫

Productive over perfect——- always 🙌

☑️I love ticking the boxes. Training sessions done. Meals prepped. Steps hit. Water drank. I enjoy being proactive with my health because I know how good it makes me feel — physically and mentally.

I also love life. Nights out. Meals with family. Spontaneous treats. Slower days. And I’ve learned that health isn’t about being perfect all the time. It’s about what you come back to consistently.

🫶You don’t have to “all or nothing” your way through life to be healthy. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is enjoy the moment without guilt and trust yourself to get back to your habits after.

Progress is built in the ordinary, not in perfection.
