This weekend we headed for Clifden and took part in the Tour de Conamera.
This is one of the clubs favourite sportifs, we look forward to it each year and this year didn’t disappoint, great scenery a beautiful coastline and a few hills thrown in the keep us busy.

Another week and another sportif, this week we headed for Castledaly and took part in the Shannonside cycling club Tour of the Heartlands Charity Cycle.
We had a great day cycling along the canal and up mountains, thanks to all at Shannonside for looking after us.
Great to catch up with you Paracyclist Declan Slevin, see you over the summer.
As always Jackie and her crew took good care of us when we got back to base. 😎

Our first sportive of the year!

We took part in the Lions Club charity cycle today, a good lively spin on local roads.
Thank you to the volunteers for feeding and watering us so well, tea and cake never tasted as good!
Also happy birthday to Eamonn who celebrated his birthday today…no better way to spend your birthday..eating cake and cycling 😎😂
