Steps In Fitness Zumba classes are for one hour with a fun warm up, relaxing cool down and fun routines that include latin and international music. The music is so unique, with strong beats,that get you working up a sweat. There is fast and slow songs so you wont struggle working out. You will learn different Rhythms from all over the world that will sculpt and tone your body. Zumba classes dont feel like a workout but more like a party and our main goal is to bring a big smile to your face:) So take that First Step In Fitness and book your place today!
