Hi everyone! 🥰 I’m absolutely thrilled with the huge interest in Dancercise!

📍BALLINEEN COMMUNITY Hall/BEDA HALL
FRIDAYS 7PM

🚥We will be in a darkened room, disco & uv lights, glow sticks and some banger tracks.
👊There will be movement to music, including punches, knees, kicks, Squat tracks and standing core beats.
😅There will be buckets of sweat shed and huge smiles all round.
🔥High calorie burn- 45 min session.
Level 1 & 2 demos, so pick what suits you best.

✅️If you don’t like it, you dont have to commit, but you can say you tried.
✅️But IT WILL BE YOUR NEW FAVOURITE THING TO DO FOR WINTER!!

We have the glow sticks packed, and head to a dark room with disco lights and dance tracks through the decades.
Night club vibes but no heels & no hangovers.
