We had such a brilliant morning at Ballinakill Outdoor Swimming Pool for this fantastic event! A huge congratulations to Trilogy Triathlon Club for organising such a brilliant event with a special shout out to Eimear

It was a really successful day for all the Piranha Swimmers 👏👏👏

Most importantly, it was brilliant to see our swimmers getting involved, challenging themselves, having fun and enjoying the experience. Well done to all who took part! 🏊‍♂️🏃‍♀️🙌

🏊‍♀️ Irish Summer National Age Group Championships 2026 🏊‍♀️

Congratulations to Roslyn on a fantastic performance at the Irish Summer National Age Group Championships at the UL Arena!

Your results are a testament to the hard work, commitment and determination shown throughout the season. Competing at this level is a fantastic achievement, and we’re incredibly proud of everything Roslyn has accomplished.

It may be the summer but there is no stopping the swimmers from Piranha Swimming Club! Recently 11 Piranha swimmers represented their counties in the Cairn Community Games producing fantastic performances throughout the competition.

A huge congratulations to:
Sheenagh, Eva Jay, Sophie, Isabelle, Paddy, Henry, Tymon, Roslyn, Zuzanna, Eabha, and Ellie Mae, who all showed great determination, sportsmanship, and dedication in the pool.

A very special congratulations goes to Eva Jay, who won a 🥈 Silver Medal in the Girls U10 Freestyle – an outstanding achievement! 🎉👏🎉 Well done Eva Jay 🏊🏻‍♀️🎉🏊🏻‍♀️

Laois Leisure are thrilled to have The Piranhas Swim Club on board for our Swimmer of the Month Initiative🙂

Our second month winner was swimmer Romy from the Piranhas Swim Club

Romy demonstrated excellent swimming demonstrations along with her kindness to fellow swim mates and an overall love her her sport🤩

Laois Leisure Portarlington was proud to sponsor a 1 month gym and pool membership to Romy for her excellent work across the month.

What a way to finish the season! 🎉💦

Our end-of-year trip to Baysports was the perfect reward after months of early mornings, hard work, and dedication in the pool. From splashes and smiles to plenty of adventure, it was a day filled with fun and great memories.

A big thank you to our amazing coaches, volunteers, parents, and, of course, our fantastic swimmers for another wonderful season. Your commitment and team spirit are what make our club so special.

We hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as we did. Have a fantastic summer, and we'll see you all back poolside for another exciting season! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️☀️
