Some of the members have been making the most of the good weather. There was flying yesterday and members were at the top of Donard first thing this morning for what they describe as a beautiful flight. Makes the tough hike up so much easier when you make it to the top and the conditions are good enough to get a flight back down.

A member report - Sat 2nd Apr 22

After a frustrating afternoon, eventually seven of us got to or very near to cloudbase - a Northern Ireland super Gaggle! We then headed for the next downwind cloud, which is always further away than it looks!! With conditions past their best only Steve managed a second climb to cloudbase. A brilliantly planned retrieve strategy worked well to round off a day with a few more ups and downs than expected!
