When she first started with me, she was ready for change — but then life happened. Like it does for so many women. She took a step back, handled what she needed to handle, and when she came back… she truly LOCKED IN. 🔥

My name is Holley!!!

I’m the owner of Mom Bod Liftness, LLC—and my journey into weightlifting didn’t start until about four years ago, right after my third child was born.

Before that, I was stuck in the “less is more” mindset—barely eating, living off salads, constantly exhausted, weak, and honestly… miserable. I couldn’t even carry my kids upstairs without struggling. What I was doing wasn’t working, and I knew something had to change.

At some point in life, most of us start thinking about getting our groove back—but what often gets overlooked is this: we are aging. And if we don’t take care of our bodies, things don’t just stay the same… they decline. Bone density drops. Muscle mass decreases. Injuries become more likely. Posture, joint pain, back pain—it all starts creeping in.

If you’ve got goals… it’s time to LOCK IN 🔒

Progress doesn’t fall apart overnight — it happens in the small moments. You do great for 2–3 days, life gets busy, you ease up a little… then a little more… and before you know it, you’re completely out of your deficit.

That’s not failure — that’s a lack of consistency.

Here’s the truth:
👉 Results come from what you do MOST of the time, not occasionally.

If you want to see real change, start tightening up the basics:
✔️ Cut back on added sugars and liquid calories (even the “low” or “zero” ones loaded with artificial ingredients)
✔️ Focus on REAL food — single-ingredient choices
🥕 A carrot > a processed “vegetable” product with a label full of fillers
✔️ Build your meals from whole foods — protein, carbs, fats you recognize
✔️ Make it yourself when you can (simple > packaged)

This doesn’t mean perfection — it means intention.
