Our final coach is Eithne✨️

Eithne is the founder and proud owner of Sonic Fitness Gymnastics Club.

Eithne's fitness journey started way back in 2010.
She has many qualifications.
✴️ Health and Fitness Instructor (NCEF)

✴️ Activity for Children Instructor (NCEF)
✴️Spinning Instructor
✴️kettlebell Instructor
✴️ Zumba for Adults & Children
✴️Gymnastics Coach (Gymnastics Ireland)

As soon as Eithne qualified from college, she started up her own business called Sonic Fitness.
She started with adult classes & personal training in local halls and started PT with clients at their own home.
She then progressed to teaching kids classes in local halls and Crèches.

In 2014, she started gymnastics classes in the local hall in Newcastle, and it immediately took off.
It went from 2 gymnastics classes a week to 16 classes 🤩🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️🤩
Instantly, she fell in love with teaching gymnastics 💗
She extended her gym classes to lots of locations around tipperary, and she also started PE curriculum for schools.
So, as you can imagine, she was a busy woman 😂

Eithne gave 14 years travelling around to various locations teaching classes and calling to clients' houses, but the day came when she couldn't keep it all going anymore🙈
She loved the work but the travelling took over and there was no time for anything else.

In June 2024, Sonic Fitness Gymnastics Club found a new home and is now based in Cahir co Tipperary 💗
This venue is mainly gymnastics based, but Eithne still does PT and other adult fitness in the gym.
Eithne's says it was a dream come through opening up a unit in Cahir. Having one base is so much easier. She says she should have done it a lot sooner!!

Eithne absolutely loves her job and loves going to work every day.
She loves how varied her job is🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️🏀🎳🎾💪💪

She is a very positive & passionate person and has the patience of a saint 😂
She is always in such good form.
Eithne adores the younger kids and loves teaching the younger classes 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️
She loves the funny side of the younger kids😂

She opened the gym 16 months ago and now has a total of 12 staff members.
She is very proud of how far the gym has come in such a short space of time, and she can't wait to get her teeth stuck in even more this season !!
There is lots and lots of plans in store 😜
She is so happy with her team and is truly enjoying every minute of it.

Eithne has a busy life outside of work.
She has 4 children that were literally raised in halls over the years 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️😂
She is kept going with them in the evenings with activities and homework 📔
In her spare time, she loves to go walking & running and loves a good sports massage 💆‍♂️
