A few words from poet laureate Brendan Hennessy .

As the Munster CX League season starts, we were sorry to hear that Jason Travers' Munster Cross Chat podcast ends. Cycling's loss is a Hounds glossy coat. We had always hoped to debut this poem on the show. It's called Three Kings.

Munster Cyclocross Championships held by my own club Dungarvan Cycling Club . Not being biased here but it was a great course. It had a bit of everything to suit all types of riders. Fast concrete start, tough soft power sections, jumps, off camber and techy turns. Well done Marc Flavin and crew. Bagged a podium 🥉 to cap off a great day's racing. Next up Christmas oh and the National Championships.

Got to race on some of the upcoming Nationals course at the weekend. O Cinneide Liam and his crew at Greenmount Cycling Academy have done a great job. Can't wait to see the finished course. The biggest battle of the day was staying warm, I'm such a p***y!!! Took my eye off the ball and got mugged on the finish straight by the train that is and missed out on the podium.
