Join me this evening at 7pm in Maynooth Community Space for a gentle Mat Pilates class designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect.

We'll flow through mindful Pilates movements to build strength, improve mobility, and create space in the body, before easing into a restorative finish to support relaxation and recovery.
