Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to revisit the fundamentals, this course provides the perfect foundation in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Over five weeks, you’ll learn the core principles of Pilates including breathwork, alignment, control, concentration and flow, while developing strength, mobility and body awareness through low-impact exercises performed on the mat.
