Congratulations to all the long suffering Arsenal fans who are members of Ardagh United.

After 22 years of waiting, hoping, rebuilding, bottling it, believing, bottling it again and again, trusting the process, questioning the process, then trusting it again… Arsenal have finally won the Premier League.

It just goes to show, never give up on your dreams, even if those dreams seem like a life time away!

Well done to our U11 team who proudly represented Ardagh United as ball boys at the recent Longford Town FC game against Cork City last Saturday.

The lads were a credit to the club from start to finish and really enjoyed the experience of being involved on match day at a League of Ireland game.

A big thank you to Longford Town Football Club for giving the players the opportunity, and to the coaches and parents who helped organise and support the evening.

Great memories for the players and a brilliant example of our young club members representing Ardagh United with pride.

Wishing our Longford Inter League U12 Girls the very best of luck today as they make the trip to Cork to take on the Cork White team in the Schoolboys/girls Football Association of Ireland Inter League Competition. 🩷🖤

The girls have been on an outstanding run in this prestigious competition, travelling the country, performing brilliantly, and representing Longford with pride every step of the way.
