🎭✨ Another huge congratulations, this time, to the talented Saoirse! ✨🎭

We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Saoirse has been chosen to play Young Cosette in Les Misérables with the Ursuline Secondary School! 🎶❤️

What an incredible achievement, especially as the school’s musical auditions are normally for the schools older years. This year they needed a 1st year student for the role of Young Cosette, and Saoirse took her chance and absolutely shone! 🌟

After auditioning alongside students from a year group of 145, she was narrowed down to the final five before being chosen for the part — and was told that she was outstanding and really stood out from the rest. 👏🥹

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Saoirse. All your talent, hard work and confidence are shining through, and this is so well deserved. ❤️

Enjoy every single minute of it — we can’t wait to see you up on that stage! 🎭🎶

We’re absolutely delighted to congratulate our talented student Willow O’Sullivan on her successful audition for this year’s UL Christmas Panto, Jack and the Beanstalk! 🌱🏰

Willow has earned her place in what promises to be a fantastic production, and we couldn’t be prouder of her achievement. It’s always wonderful to see our students putting themselves forward, embracing new opportunities and seeing their hard work and talent rewarded 👏💫

A huge well done, Willow! We hope you enjoy every minute of the rehearsals and performances, and we can’t wait to see you take to the stage this Christmas! 🎄🎭

What a brilliant first night back for our Newcastle West dancers! 💙🦋

It was so lovely to see so many happy faces back together, dancing, learning and having fun. The energy in the room was amazing, and everyone worked so hard! 🥰

A huge well done to all our dancers and to the wonderful Emma Healy for getting the new term off to such a fantastic start 💙

After 14 years of working with children, one of the things I love most is seeing the difference in them when they realise just how capable they are 💙

There’s something so rewarding about watching a child finish an activity that challenged them — maybe they found it tough, maybe they wanted to stop — but they kept going. That feeling of “I did it” is so important.

That’s what I want this new Kids Fitness, Strength & Conditioning class for ages 8–11 to be about.

It’s not simply a “fitness class”. It’s about giving children the opportunity to work hard, challenge themselves and see their own progress — building strength, stamina, fitness and coordination, but also confidence, resilience and a real sense of achievement.

I’ve seen over the years how much children can thrive when they’re encouraged to push themselves in a positive, supportive environment. They don’t need to be the fastest or the strongest — it’s about becoming stronger and fitter than they were before and being proud of what they’ve achieved.
