At Northside Kickboxing Club we cater for people of all types of fitness levels, Our classes range from beginner's to advanced and just some of the areas covered include...
kickboxing skills, boxercise, pad work, bag work,circuit training, sparring (optional), self defence techniques and much more. Whether you want to improve your fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, learn self defence techniques,Lose weight and tone up or progress as a fighter, kickboxing is a great way of improving all round health and well being.

Kickboxing classes will resume as normal from the 6th of January onwards. Class times are Mon 7-8.30 and Wed 7-8.30.
Classes are open to everyone from Beginners to Advanced. All new members welcome. Feel free to share this status to let your friends know.
