The road led us to Westport Parkrun and a very breezy Croagh Patrick. Plenty of laughs along the way! 😄

Thank you to Garda John Morgan for popping into our juvenile sessions tonight to talk to our juvenile 630pm and 730pm groups about on road safety and consideration for runners on public roads and in the carpark. This is particularly important in the coming weeks as many of our members will be taking part in the Tony Mc Gowan run as well as training sessions on local routes. It is always a pleasure to have John’s experience as a runner and as a community garda guiding and informing us. Míle buíochas John from all in Drumshanbo A.C.

Well done to all our juvenile members who participated in the Leitrim indoors in Carrick today. Great to see everyone having fun and lots of medals home too! Thanks to parents for bringing kids and club coaches for helping run the event. Keep up the great work as the connacht indoors will be coming up soon!
