This week it will be 5 years since Misneach PT & Fitness was launched. A massive thanks to all who have trained with me, I love hearing your feedback and how you have benefited from our training. Also, a huge thanks to all who may not have been able to attend classes but have given me words of encouragement and follow my journey. It can be daunting being self-employed but I am honoured to share my journey with you all. The name Misneach is the Gaelic word for ‘Courage’ and was carefully chosen and appropriate for a variety of reasons. It required courage to return to education and embark on a new career in the midst of a Covid pandemic. I chose the Dara knot, a Celtic symbol representing ‘Strength’ and ‘Inner Strength’ as my logo. I hope that I and my classes inspire courage and strength while enhancing physical and mental health and wellbeing. Looking forward to many more years of Misneach PT & Fitness. Amanda Black 😊❤

Thanks for another brilliant class this evening in Kingscourt. So proud of you all ❤ Some of you great people attend class on both Monday & Wednesday evening. To show my appreciation from next Monday (14th September) I will be doing a special offer for autumn. Monday & Wednesday class of the same calendar week will only cost €15.
