That’s why our new facility will feature a dedicated rehabilitation and inclusive fitness zone, designed to support members at every stage of their journey.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to exercise, managing a long-term condition or simply looking for a low-impact way to improve your health, this space has been created with you in mind.

Featuring the SportsArt T655MD Medical Treadmill and SportsArt UB521M Medical Upright Bike, our rehabilitation area provides a safe, supportive environment where movement becomes achievable, comfortable and confidence-building.

At Xtreme CSC, we believe fitness isn’t just about lifting heavier or moving faster—it’s about creating opportunities for everyone to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.

The next level in fitness is coming to Kilkenny with a dedicated function and hyrox space ready to blow your mind. One of our largest tracks to date allowing for competitive sled runs, pxd racks, wall targets, air bikes, ski ergs and a huge range of functional equipment such as kettlebells, wall balls, bars and so much more. We can’t wait to show you inside.
