Yvonne is one of the most dedicated members of our Fitfuns Pilates community and a regular at Shannons morning Contemporary Flow classes.

Since joining us in January, she has experienced significant improvements in her strength, fitness, overall health, and wellbeing 🩷

Yvonnes commitment and consistency are a great reminder of the positive impact movement can have on both body and mind ☁️

We are looking for a qualified Postnatal Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.

If you are passionate about womens health, understand the unique needs of postnatal clients, and genuinely enjoy supporting new mums through safe, effective movement, and creating a welcoming community, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements;

✅️ Recognised Pilates instructor qualification

✅️ Specialist Postnatal Pilates qualification/ training

✅️ Knowledge of pelvic floor function, diastasis recti and safe postnatal exercise progression

✅️ Friendly & supportive approach

✅️ Morning availability from 9.30am

This gentle, breath-led flow combines mindful movement, stretching and steady breathwork to improve mobility, ease tight muscles and create a sense of calm.

🌟Welcoming our newest team member to
our Studio 🌟

Caoimhe is a Yoga instructor who mainly teaches Vinyasa Flow - by using our breath as our anchor, and moving in a continuous flowing sequence, we get out of the mind, feel into the body and embrace the present moment.

Her classes are a welcoming, supportive space where you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels good for you, explore with curiosity, and enjoy the process.

She believes there should always be room for play, freedom and fun, creating a safe space to guide you on your journey, but ultimately, the practice is yours.

Caoimhe will be teaching her 1st class with us - our brand new 'Vinyasa Slow Flow' - on Sunday 21st June at 10.30am.

We are really excited for your 1st class and cannot wait to work alongside you 🤗

New to Pilates? This is a perfect place to start.

Our Pilates Foundations Course is designed specifically for beginners or anyone who would benefit from a slower, more supportive approach to movement.

Over 4 weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a small, welcoming environment with plenty of guidance and individual support.

What you'll learn:
• Basic Pilates principles and techniques
• How to activate and strengthen your deep core muscles
• Proper alignment and movement patterns
• Breathing techniques to support movement and control
• How to move with greater confidence and body awareness

This gentle, progressive course helps you build a strong foundation, while also being perfect for anyone who prefers a slower-paced class focused on technique and control.

No experience needed.

Mats provided.
