Pilates with Christine Mixed level Pilates Classes in East Cork Hi Christine here. I have been working in the fitness industry only 18 years. For 15 years I have thought pilates.

Hell of along time but I learn something new every day. It has been one class that has always stuck with me no matter what I have been doing. I decided a couple of years ago do something different, a new challenge so I trained for a body building contest. I was able to implement my pilates into my training, it really made me tune into my body and prevented me from picking up injuries during the vi

gorous training. Now I have two daughters and this is the time where I need it the most but struggle like everyone else trying find the time. I would be delighted if you joined me as we strengthen and lengthen ours body's. My mixed level classes will be suitable to anyone that wants to return to fitness or a
beginner who has a little experience in fitness.

Unfortunately I always see so many "Pilates/Reformer instructor selling Pilates as a weight loss miracle.
Pilates is for everyone and all body types and shapes. You might see the lovely ladies on social media with amazing abs trying to tell us they got them from Pilates.
I have been a fitness and Pilates instructor for 20+ years and there isn't any miracle move or class. Abs are made in the kitchen 😭
