I am so happy to have found time to run the next pre & postnatal classes at anatomy physiology in Claremorris in March.

The course is 5 weeks & it's suitable for pre or postnatal clients. Babies who aren't mobile / crawling are also welcome.

I am a physiotherapist but If you have significant pain or have not yet had a women's health mummy MOT appointment after birth, I would recommend you see your physiotherapist prior to commencing a group class.

Alternatively appointments are available with myself at my studio in Roose.
