Happy New Year & Happy 1st Birthday to Us!

As we step into a new year, we’re also celebrating one whole year of our little physio-led, boutique reformer Pilates studio - Eos Reform— and we couldn’t have done it without you.

To our incredible community: thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your movement, and your time. For showing up consistently, supporting one another, and making this space so special.

We have had such positive feedback for our products.

Here is a little demo of our tumbler which is thermal, no leaking & you can sip it from the entire lip.

It fits in the car cup holders ( & my handbag) & is easy to clean. All elements come apart for washing.

Christmas is nearly here 🎄

It's an exciting time of year in my house & therefore the studio too.

My next tip for getting back to running and walking this season is: spinal rotation.

This one’s really important—not just for the health of your neck and spine, but also for how efficiently you move.

When your spine rotates well, you can use that motion to propel yourself forward. It Makes you faster, more efficient & reduces your risk of certain injuries.

Without that rotation, you’re more likely to walk or run like a teddy bear—side to side instead of forward. That sideways energy isn’t helpful and can put unnecessary strain on the pelvis & back.

Spinal rotation also supports better breathing and pelvic floor function—two underrated but powerful parts of your walking and running rhythm.

So this season, give your spine some love and let it move! 🌀💨
