And just like the summer is over and we're moving back to Oranmore. Kids are going back to school. And the autumnal chill is in the air.

It's been such a gorgeous summer with loads of movement in fresh air. Outdoor classes are always everyones' favourite.

I've been lucky to be involved in Buggie Buddies program for the second year. And with a taster in Ballinasloe this year.

Also dipping my toe into new territory with over 60+ class.

Baby Body Fit classes are running in Oranmore and Ballinasloe. And looking forward to the end of my nutrition course in 2 WEEKS 🤟. Just to start another course in exercise & cancer. So, the end of the year will involve a lot of thinking on how to proceed next year as I want to put all my new qualifications into work.

This video is taken some years back. Little guy attached to me is turning 9 in couple of days.

I went back to work when he was only 9 weeks old, and few times I had to show up to class like this, and was doing nappy changes with everyone else.

It's all good, we do what we have to do and carry on...

The very first core exercises you can start with after labour... Diastasis safe except the 4th move, this is a progression, so start with the first.

❗️Safe to starte after vaginal birth. Aim her is not to work on abs but restoring the deep core - pelvic floor connection. So, slow and steady, connecting to breath and feeling the move.

❗️C-section mom, give time for your section to heal before you start with this move as freshly after you might be pulling on your stitches.

❗️There are many other moves, these are just a selection of my go to's.

Our Oranmore/Carnmore from July is running Mondays & Wednesdays, 10-11 am.

Adding a second class, Mondays & Wednesdays, 11.15-12.15.

Homemade elctrolyte drink:
- 500 ml raw coconut water (contains natural sugars)
- 1 Tbsp of lemon/lime juice
- 1/4 Tsp of Himalayan/sea salt ( full of minerals)

Especially important if exercising longer that 90 min
