Adding a second class, Mondays & Wednesdays, 11.15-12.15.

Homemade elctrolyte drink:
- 500 ml raw coconut water (contains natural sugars)
- 1 Tbsp of lemon/lime juice
- 1/4 Tsp of Himalayan/sea salt ( full of minerals)

Especially important if exercising longer that 90 min

Must do another one

In 2016 I found the first photo online, and made it my goal to recreate this in my class by 2017. Things weren't going that well then 😒

So 2017 we took the second photo. Not the same as the first photo but I was so pleased... 😇

And today, unplanned (that's why it's not as neat) I took the third photo... 🙆‍♀️
