The University of Galway Sports Awards 2026 took place in the Radisson Red Hotel last Wednesday night 🏆

Congratulations to club secretary Emer Jackson on receiving the Director of Sport Award 👏🏻

Congratulations also to Carrie Dolan on receiving the Sportsperson of the Year Award 👏🏻

All 4 GAA Clubs collectively took home the most improved club award, recognising huge developments both on and off the pitches 🤝🇶🇦

A year to the day we were crowned Uí Mhaolagáin Cup Champions, this incredible Intermediate team secured a stylish victory to claim our second All-Ireland title in a row 🔥
