Our underage sides, both Boys and Girls compete in the DDSL. Our number of sides competing in the DDSL has grown massively in recent years.

After some quiet years on the Senior front, we have two New Senior Mens sides, under quality, qualified and experienced new and ambitious management teams. Both sides wil play in competitive Leinster Senior Leagues.

Our new Women's side have got off to a great start in their Eastern Women's Football League campaign.

🍀 PLAYERS WANTED – LAST WEEK OF PRE-PRE SEASON 🍀

Whilst we are both flattered and extremely grateful for the level of interest shown in joining McKelvey Celtic FC, we cannot say we are surprised by the calibre of players looking to become part of what is a hugely ambitious football club.

Over the past number of weeks, we have welcomed in excess of 100 players through our trial process, with players attending from a wide range of clubs and footballing backgrounds.
The standard has been exceptionally high throughout.

Unfortunately, one of the most difficult parts of the process has been informing many good players that, at this time, the level may be too high for them. These conversations are never easy, as we appreciate the commitment and effort every player has shown in attending our sessions.

As we continue to build our Leinster Senior League Saturday and Sunday squads for the 2026/27 season, we now need to reduce numbers further to a manageable level before entering our official pre-season programme in July.

This coming week represents the FINAL WEEK of our Pre-Pre Season programme for unattached players.

📅 Friday 19th June
⏰ 7:00pm
📍 Celtic Park

Players are asked to register their interest in advance of attending.

Following Friday's session, the squad will take a short break of approximately 10 days before returning on Tuesday 30th June to commence Pre-Season.
